KVKK Information Notice
In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), we have prepared this text to inform you about the processing of your personal data.
1. Data Controller
Your personal data will be processed by Powercut Makina San. Tic. Ltd. Sti. ("Company"), acting as the data controller, within the scope explained below.
2. Processed Personal Data
Identity information (name, surname), contact information (email, phone, address), customer transaction information (quote requests, order details), transaction security information (IP address, cookie data, log records), and customer request/complaint information are processed.
3. Purposes of Processing
Your personal data is processed for the purposes of carrying out product/service sales processes, monitoring contract processes, conducting communication activities, evaluating requests and complaints, providing technical support, fulfilling legal obligations, and ensuring website security.
4. Legal Basis
Your data is processed based on the legal grounds specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK, such as your explicit consent, performance of a contract, legal obligation, legitimate interest, and the data controller fulfilling its legal obligations.
5. Data Transfer
Your personal data may be shared with our business partners, suppliers, and service providers (IT, hosting, email) in line with the purposes of processing and in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK. Necessary security measures are taken for international transfers.
6. Retention Period
Your personal data is retained for the period required by the purpose of processing and in accordance with legal retention periods. At the end of this period, your data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.
7. Your Rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, request information if it has been processed, learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose, know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad, request correction if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed, request deletion or destruction within the framework of Article 7 of the KVKK, request notification of correction and deletion to third parties, object to a result arising against you through analysis by automated systems only, and claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
8. Application Method
To exercise your rights above, you may submit your written application together with documents identifying your identity to our company address by hand, through a notary, or via registered electronic mail (KEP). Your applications will be finalized within 30 days at the latest.
